Release    Reconnect    Heal

When energy becomes stagnate, or the natural flow of electrical currents is interrupted, it is not able to circulate throughout the entire body as it was designed to, a blockage is created. In time, these energy blocks can cause physical, emotional or mental discomfort.

I incorporate the vibrational energy of singing bowls throughout a deep, guided mediation as my hands float over your body, as the session progresses, I may be drawn to lay my hands on you, to assist in the releasing and movement of energy flow.

A few benefits from a session:

  • Reduce pain

  • Decrease depression & anxiety

  • Improved sleep

  • Boosted energy

  • Improve blood circulation

1 hour session - $125

30 min session - $55

Laying, fully clothed, on massage table

Hands on/off, breathing, guided mediation

Reiki is energy healing. Our body retains the events of our lives, all of the events. From the glorious celebrations to the devastating nightmares. When the not so pleasant events are stored, or pushed down, to allow us to function they become layered with emotion, injury and long forgotten memories. Over time this can create a blockage, where we find ourselves in a loop of an unconscious state of electrical misfiring or dis-regulation.

A human body generates a weak electromagnetic field due to the electrical currents flowing through its tissues, primarily from the activity of the heart and brain, creating a measurable magnetic field that can be detected by sensitive instruments like magnetoencephalography (MEG) and magnetocardiography (MCG); essentially, every living organism, including humans, produces a biomagnetic field because of the movement of charged particles within its cells.

Key points about the human body's electromagnetic field:

  • Origin:

The electrical activity of cells, particularly neurons and muscle cells, generates the electrical currents that create the magnetic field.

  • Major contributor:

The heart produces the strongest magnetic field within the body due to its rhythmic electrical activity

Hands moving, feet tapping, smiling & laughing. Every time you’re drumming, your brain is working out. Think of it as a gym session, but instead of lifting weights, you’re flexing your cognitive muscles.

Why Drum?

Drumming for healing goes way back. Shamans used drums in rituals for healing and reaching different consciousness states. Indigenous cultures around the globe used drums for various purposes, including communication, storytelling, and ceremonies. These traditions were useful and let people express themselves powerfully.

In today's fast-paced world, people are increasingly seeking alternative and complementary therapies to promote well-being. Drumming and healing have come together once again, this time with a focus on the scientific understanding of its therapeutic effects. Research is now uncovering the impressive ways drumming can benefit our mental, physical, and emotional health.

Drumming is more than just tapping on a drum. It's a full-body workout that can actually accelerate physical healing. The repetitive motions improve coordination and motor skills, while also increasing blood flow and circulation. Additionally, research suggests that drumming can boost the immune system, potentially by increasing the production of white blood cells which fight off infection.

The rhythmic nature of drumming can have a profound effect on our nervous system. Drumming sessions can kick start our "rest and digest" system. This leads to a decrease in stress hormones like cortisol, promoting deeper relaxation and lowering blood pressure.

Drumming isn't just good for your body; it can also benefit your brain. Studies have shown that drumming can enhance brain connectivity, leading to improved communication between different brain regions. This can further improve cognitive function, including memory, focus, and problem-solving skills. The rhythmic act of drumming can also help synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain, fostering a more balanced and integrated way of thinking.

Four Grazing Horses

Release      Reconnect         Heal

Welcome to my journey in Equine Assisted Learning, where I’ve had the privilege of learning from over 120 horses over the past 13 years. Each day, I continue to grow alongside these magnificent beings, embracing the lifelong journey of connection,

heart-centered communication, and healing. My mantra "heal from within," is inspired by countless hours spent simply being with the herds.

As a certified equine professional through PATH Int'l and EAGALA Int'l, I facilitate growth by partnering with horses, who respond authentically to our emotions and help us uncover our true selves.

Horses are remarkable creatures that do not judge; they simply respond to the energy and emotions presented to them in the moment. Horses have a unique ability to mirror our emotions. They can quickly reveal ourselves, showcasing deep-seated emotions; isolation, distrust, frustrations, depression, anxiety or grief. Through their intuitiveness, they foster clear communication and deep connections, demonstrating a level of mindfulness that can teach us so much about ourselves. Embrace the lessons they offer and discover the power that we each have within ourselves. Horses enhance our mindfulness and offer profound insights into our emotional landscape.
